Check that Technique

I stumbled over this project (including the lovely graphic and most of the items on the list) over at Curves, Patterns and Pins, and honestly, I think it's something that I really need in my sewing. Often, I'm so preoccupied with the next cute dress, wanting to finish it and wear it soon, that I forget about the techniques that could make it better, longer lasting, more pretty. And really, for almost two years of sewing, I've only just scratched the surface of even rather common techniques! But I'm set on improving!
